BLETCHLEY PARK - 1940'S WEEKEND 2018

Once Britain’s best kept secret, today Bletchley Park is a heritage site and vibrant tourist attraction.

The popular 1940's Vintage Weekend returns to Bletchley Park! Come along to Bletchley Park and have yourself a fabulous time as our forties weekend returns!

This event will be great fun for all the family.

POPPIES: WEEPING WINDOW AT THE IMPERIAL WAR MUSEUM LONDON 2018

The Imperial War Museum beautifully tells the emotionally humbling stories of people’s experiences of war and conflict through a selection of collections, galleries, films and unique footage.

Poppies: Weeping Window is a cascade comprising several thousand handmade ceramic poppies.

IWM London tells the stories of those whose lives have been shaped by war through the depth, breadth and impact of their Galleries, displays and events. Visitors can explore the First World War Galleries and iconic Atrium which were transformed in 2014 to mark the start of the First World War Centenary commemorations. Visitors can also explore the other galleries and visit IWM’s temporary exhibitions.

IWM London is presenting Weeping Window while its sister institution, IWM North, is presenting Wave. Day trips available on 09.09.18 + 29.09.18.

At the end of the tour they will become part of the Imperial War Museums’ collection
