Each year the beautiful seaside town of Llandudno plays host to a fantastic festival of all things 19th century at the much-loved Victorian Extravaganza! Marvel at the Victorian costumed characters as they wander through the Victorian street fair, old time fair rides and steam engines then witness the biggest highlight the daily street parades that take place at midday!

Day 1 – Our first stop today is Chester. Bewitching, beautiful and unique the ancient city of Chester is one of Britain’s most popular places to visit – and it’s not hard to see why! With the most complete city walls, the largest Roman amphitheatre in Britain and a stunning Cathedral, that’s over 1000 years old. After some free time, we continue to our hotel. 

Day 2 – Today gives you the unique opportunity to experience the Victorian Extravaganza and explore all the splendour that Llandudno has to offer. Away from the festival, you will find the Llandudno Museum, an acclaimed heritage centre home to the story of the town’s evolution, Conwy Castle filled with medieval history, the Welsh Mountain Zoo and Bryn Euryn Nature Reserve.

Day 3 – For over 100 years, visitors have enjoyed trips from Llangollen Wharf. And today, you can to! Experience for yourself the pleasure of a horse drawn boat trip on the beautiful Llangollen Canal – designated as a World Heritage Site – Watch the fish swim by in the clear waters as your boat glides silently through the picturesque Welsh mountains. Afterwards, we will return home
