We are looking for a Highly motivated Product planner to join our Commercial Product team within our Holiday Division based at Head office.

 

About the Role

 

As a Product Planner you will be required to scope, develop, propose and deliver the product planning for the designated brand including defining the product mix and on-going management of the product portfolio in accordance with commercial objectives and targets.  You will be responsible for supporting and driving product development, taking ownership for improving profitability and being aware of costs ensuring that sales forecasts are achieved.  You will lead product innovation for your designated brand, utilizing destination information and the data available, ensuring that the product quality meets the expectations of our customers and the service offered in each product meets their needs.

 

The responsibilities of the role will include:

 

  • Producing plans for the designated product including budgeted passengers, volumes and sales, provide product forecasts and adjust plans according to market conditions.

  • Identifying opportunities to drive optimum product placement across channels.

  • Ensuring a full understanding of end to end customer experience and feedback to enhance this further to ensure continuous improvements.

  • Monitoring quality to ensure issues are resolved quickly and where necessary changes are communicated to customers quickly and clearly whilst minimizing further change.

  • Ensuing all policy and legal requirements are adhered to by operating within a framework of compliance, which protects customers and team and minimize risk to the business, ensuring that all products selected meet the agreed company standards of quality, health and safety.

  • Identifying new product opportunities and ensuring that they are fully researched, cost calculated developed and implemented in an agreed timescale in line with the company’s strategic objectives and the brand strategies outlined.

  • Assist with the design, content sourcing, copywriting and production of all sales materials both print and electronic ensuring brand management disciplines are adhered to and design continuity is apparent.

We are looking for a highly motivated and innovative sales consultant to join our retail team within our retail team across our East Midlands branches at Nottingham, Derby, Beeston and Bulwell.

 

About the Role

 

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Consultant to effectively sell our internal coach holidays, worldwide holidays and assist with third party sales. This will include face to face and telephone customer service maximising sales within the branch and increasing all targets.

 

The responsibilities of the role will include:

 

  • Selling travel products to customers, for coaching holidays and 3rd party operators.

  • Experience selling ABTA holidays.

  • Experience selling worldwide holidays is desirable.

  • Liaising with all tour operators to make bookings.

  • Cash handling.

  • Maintaining customer records while ensuring all data protection is adhered

  • Booking customers holidays through all internal booking systems and booking 3rd party bookings through the internet or phone.

  • Promoting the branch and business in a correct manner.

  • Keeping the branch point of sale up to date in line with company direction with guidance from the Head of Product.

  • Contribute to the effective running of the holidays department.

  • Follow all company policies.

  • Work consistently with all employees within the branch.

  • Maximising sales within the branch to meet all sales targets.

  • Excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone.

  • Close and capture every sale.

We are looking for a Highly motivated administrator to join our Commercial Product team within our Holiday Division based at Head office.

 

About the Role

 

We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to effectively manage the day to day administration internally and externally for our internal coach holidays, worldwide holidays we sell and assist with third party sales accounting. You will support all members of the product team delivering the ability to work efficiently, manage your own time and deliver results within set deadlines.

 

You must be able to work well under pressure, adapt quickly to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment showing initiative and innovative thinking. You will be available to travel throughout the UK and overseas when required. You will have a flexible, pragmatic approach and will be able to build relationships with customers, team members and stakeholders.

 

The responsibilities of the role will include:

 

  • Selling travel products to customers, for coaching holidays. Delivering Excellent customer service both face to face and over the phone; using your product knowledge to give the best service to every customer.

  • Liaising with all planner’s and creating vital electronic tour packs for our drivers to deliver holidays and trips as specified in our brochures and online

  • Management of sending all rooming list’s ensuring contractual terms are adhered to and enabling sales to continue, to maximise as much as possible

  • Maintaining customer records while ensuring all data protection is adhered to. Management of communication to our customer base supporting Commercial product, Marketing and the Retail department, which all form the Holiday Division

  • Keeping the best practices and working procedures up to date in line with company direction with guidance from the Senior Product Manager

  • Contribute to the effective running of the department. Follow all company policies. Work well with all members of the team offering support and showing a proactive approach to improving ways we work.

  • Report to The Senior Holiday Manager
