Day 1

After our departure, we travel to our overnight hotel with comfort stops along the way.

Day 2

Sit back as we journey via ferry to Guernsey, the second-largest island in the Channel Islands, where we will enjoy a three-night half-board stay.

Day 3

Welcomed by a local guide and coach, you'll be whisked away for a half-day tour of idyllic Guernsey. A great way to get your bearings, whilst learning more about the island with live commentary and leisurely stops at key places of interest. In the afternoon, we visit neighbouring Herm, a tiny island steeped in glorious history, why not enjoy a leisurely walk around its scenic coastal path?

Day 4

Home to stunning beaches, rugged cliffs and the lively compact capital of St Peter Port, enjoy free time exploring Guernsey at your own pace today. Alternatively, you may prefer to join us on our optional excursion to Sark? Considered the crown jewel of the Channel Islands, our tour includes a horse-drawn carriage ride to explore the island's unspoilt landscape and charming car-free roads.

Day 5

After checking out of our hotel, we sail across to Jersey for the second half of our holiday. Here, we will enjoy another three-night half-board stay.

Day 6

To help you discover the best of Jersey, we have arranged a local guide and coach to pick you up from the hotel and take you on a fascinating full-day tour of the island! Lap up the stunning scenery and superb beaches on the largest Channel Island.

Day 7

Today, explore St Helier, Jersey's capital, at your own leisure. The island is a haven for historians, shopaholics, and beach lovers alike. There's something for everyone, from magnificent castles and museums to fascinating wildlife. Some key sights include Sir Walter Railegh's Elizabeth Castle and the thought-provoking Jersey War Tunnels, a former World War Two underground base.

Day 8

Enjoy a final full day at leisure in Jersey before an early evening return sailing to Poole with the opportunity to purchase dinner on board. After a late arrival back in Poole, we head to our overnight hotel.

Day 9

After breakfast, we continue our journey back to the East Midlands.

Peninsula Hotel 4*, St Peter Port, Guernsey

A pretty hotel found in a prominent seafront position and surrounded by five acres of gardens, you'll be staying in the quiet parish of the Vale. The spacious guest rooms feature tea and coffee-making facilities.
