Day 1
After meeting your holiday coach, we travel to catch our ferry to Ireland. During our crossing, enjoy a two-course dinner on board before continuing to our overnight hotel in Waterford.
Day 2
We check out our hotel and head to the historic Blarney Castle and Gardens this morning. Built nearly six hundred years ago, you'll find the famous stone, which legends say gives the gift of eloquence to all who kiss it. The castle's sixty-acre gardens are one of the most visited in Ireland and home to the magical Rock Close with ancient Yew trees and druidic stones. After some free time, we continue to Killarney, where we will enjoy a four-night stay here.
Day 3
Enjoy a traditional horse-drawn Jaunting Car ride in Killarney today. Experience Ireland's most traditional mode of transport around Killarney National Park, stopping at Ross Castle to embark on a relaxing cruise on Lough Leane, the area's largest lake.
Day 4
A long but memorable day awaits us as we head to the stunning Inveragh Peninsula, otherwise known as the Ring of Kerry. This circular route takes in a captivating mix of stunning views and charming towns, rugged landscapes, tumbling waterfalls and the waters of the Atlantic. During the day, we will enjoy a visit to Kenmare and a scenic drive through Killarney National Park, passing Derrynane Beach, Ballinskelligs Beach, Valentia Island and Knight's Town. During the day, there will be plenty of opportunities for refreshments, lunch, and photo stops.
Day 5
Stretching thirty miles into the Atlantic Ocean and dominated by mountains, we take a tour of the Dingle Peninsula. Travelling via Castlemaine, our main stop is in Dingle, a fishing village which is home to a fine array of restaurants and pubs. Here, you'll be invited onboard a harbour boat to cruise around Dingle Bay; with enlightening commentary, you'll learn about the cliffsides, local maritime history and the Great Famine.
Day 6
We head to Dublin today; with its fascinating past, iconic landmarks and numerous convivial pubs serving up the perfect pint of Guinness, Dublin never fails to charm its visitors. After plenty of time to explore the capital, we head to our final overnight hotel.
Day 7
After an unforgettable stay, we catch our ferry home. We've arranged breakfast on board for you. Following arrival in Holyhead, we continue our homeward journey.
