Day 1

Leaving the East Midlands behind, we travel to Wales with a visit to Chester en route. Soak up the seasonal atmosphere amidst the boutique shopping experiences and the famous rows of black & white buildings. We continue to Llandudno and the seafront-based County Hotel, with a glass of Buck's Fizz awaiting us to kick the party off in style.

NEW YEAR'S EVE

Enjoy a leisurely start before a morning drive along the North Wales coast, taking in breathtaking views across the Irish Sea along the way. Today's stop is Caernarfon, home to Wales' most famous Castle, which towers over the River Seiont. Stroll down Caernarfon's majestic narrow cobbled streets and peruse the array of shops before returning to our hotel this afternoon. Get ready for tonight's New Year celebrations, including a gala dinner, entertainment and a complimentary drink for the countdown to midnight.

NEW YEAR'S DAY

Enjoy the entire day exploring the resort of Llandudno, perhaps taking a stroll along the seafront to blow away the cobwebs and clear your head after last night's merry-making.

Day 4

We return home with a visit to Llangollen, home to historical canals and steam trains and found in the Dee Valley Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
