CLIFFS OF MOHER

& GALWAY (FULL DAY) - The oldest distillery in Ireland, the Kilbeggan Distilling Company, was founded in 1757. Our tour will allow you to discover the traditional whisky-making process with a tasting and a chance to learn the nearby town and distillery's history. This afternoon, we visit Birr Castle, which is also home to gardens and a Science Centre. The award-winning gardens are rich in astonishing feats of scenic and engineering, rare trees and flowers, incredible wildlife, and walks along peaceful rivers and a lake.

LOUGHREA

(FREE DAY) - Found above the 'Grey Lake', Loughrea has been home to settlements since at least 100 BC, with the current town dating back to the eleventh century. Here, you'll find a traditional market alongside a range of quaint shops and eateries. The nearby lake, Lough Rea, is also home to a Blue Flag-winning freshwater beach and remember to take advantage of the hotel's leisure and spa facilities too!

KILBEGGAN WHISKEY
