We operate approximately 50 coaches and employ about 100 drivers, providing holidays and excursions in Europe and the UK. VACANCY: COMMERCIAL PRODUCT & ADMIN ASSISTANT
As our business grows we need more, great staff - would you like to join a young and enthusiastic team? This role involves research, design and contracting holidays throughout the UK and Europe as well as writing brochure copy, obtaining images, taking part in promotions and general administration. You don't necessarily need knowledge of the holiday business as you'll be supported by experts and given training.
You do need to be flexible, commercially minded, eager to learn, customer focused and able to travel. We achieve things together so you'll need to be someone who builds relationships, asks if unsure and digs in to help colleagues when there’s a lot on. This is a great role, working for a long established family business with an opportunity to bring creative skills, careful analysis and a keen eye for detail to this exciting position - this role would be particularly suitable for a graduate. We look for drivers who enjoy dealing with people and are able to communicate well. They must be clean, smart and polite – giving a good impression of the Company. We like people to have enthusiasm and be able to see an unexpected problem as an interesting challenge. A positive attitude is essential. A good geographical knowledge is a distinct advantage for drivers wanting to take on tour work. Being able to accurately follow both written and verbal instructions is important, as is completing reports and forms.
We employ a combination of full-time, part-time and seasonal drivers throughout the year.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and hold a clean PCV licence.
