Day 2 – Our first stop today is Picton Castle and Gardens, where we have arranged a tour of the castle. After a little free time, we re-board the coach and journey through Newgale, along the stunning coastline, until we reach Solva. Nestled in the Pembrokeshire National Park, this beautiful harbour village boasts a bustling quay and a charming high street dotted with cafés, craft shops and galleries to enjoy. Later, we travel to short distance to St David’s, the smallest town in the UK.
Day 3 – Situated on the River Towy, Carmarthen lays claim to be one of, if not the oldest town, in Wales. Today you are free to explore at leisure.
Day 4 – After breakfast we head to National Trust’s Colby Woodland Garden, set in a tranquil secret valley, this hidden woodland garden with a rich industrial past is full of surprises. After a couple of hours to explore we visit Narberth, for free time – perhaps visit Narberth Castle ruins, and discover the fascinating legends that are attached to it. Later this afternoon we visit Cwn Dei Vineyard where we have arranged a tour and tasting.
Day 5 – After breakfast we visit Tenby, this picturesque seaside resort has a hilltop position and is surrounded by an imposing medieval stone wall. After a little free time, we travel home.
