LLANDUDNO

(FULL DAY) - We head to the popular seaside resort of Llandudno. Enjoy the traditional Victorian promenade and pier, or if you're after stunning views, why not visit The Great Orme? Llandudno's mini-mountain range can be reached by a heritage tramway and is a designated nature reserve.

CAERNARFON

(HALF DAY) - After breakfast, we travel to Caernarfon, situated on the eastern shore of the Menai Strait opposite the Isle of Anglesey. Perhaps take the opportunity to visit the UNESCO Heritage site of Caernarfon Castle or board one of the Welsh Highland heritage steam trains which depart from the town's station (pre-booking recommended - not included).

PORTMEIRION

(HALF DAY) - Enjoy admission into Portmeirion for an afternoon of wonder. This unique village, set on a private peninsula, was crafted by architect Clough Williams-Ellis between 1925 and 1976. Surrounded by seventy acres of sub-tropical woodland gardens, Portmeirion is home to Italian-inspired architecture, iconic exotic gardens, stylish shops, award-winning restaurants and a traditional Italian ice cream parlour!

Cradled between two lakes (Llyn Padarn and Llyn Peries), The Royal Victoria Hotel is situated at the foot of Mount Snowdon. Comfortable rooms feature home comforts, and the well-stocked bar offers a relaxing environment after dinner.
