Day 1

After pick ups this morning, we travel to Southport via a scenic drive through the Peak District. Located on the Sefton Coast, take the opportunity to stroll down Southport's seafront and the 150 year old pier, have some good old fashioned seaside fun or try one of many independent fish & chip shops, restaurants and cafes. Late afternoon we continue to our overnght hotel.

Day 2

We head north to Carlisle to board the world-famous Settle to Carlisle Railway. Running though the awe-inspiring scenery of the Yorkshire Dales and Cumbrian Fells, the Settle to Carlisle line is renowned for its colossal Victorian viaducts and long tunnels. On arrival in Settle we have a little free time before beginning the journey home.
