DURING YOUR STAY
Day 1 – Today we visit Cambridge, located on the River Cam. Since 1209 the city has been associated with its magnificent colleges and universities. After some free time, we continue to our hotel in Great Yarmouth.
Day 2 – We will spend the morning in the coastal town of Cromer. Dominating the town’s skyline is the 14th century Church of St Peter & Paul. Here you can see the stained-glass windows, commemorating Cromer’s lifeboat crew – the most decorated in the Royal National Lifeboat Institution’s history. Afterwards, we have arranged a Broad’s cruise. With an on-board commentary, this is a fantastic opportunity to discover more of the Norfolk Broads including Wroxham, Salhouse Broad and Horning Reach.
Day 3 – We visit Bressingham Gardens & Steam Museum this morning. Here we have included admission into the gardens and museum, along with unlimited journeys on the narrow-gauge railway and Three Gallopers rides. Combining a five-mile working steam railway with 17‐acres of delightful, colour‐filled gardens – not to mention a magnificent, steam‐powered Victorian carousel – Bressingham Gardens & Steam Museum is a true hidden gem. We enjoy the remainder of the day in Great Yarmouth.
Day 4 – We retrace our footsteps home.
