DURHAM

(FULL DAY) - Wrap up warm as we visit the captivating city of Durham, home to cobbled streets crowned by the dramatic Durham Cathedral. Explore the cathedral's fascinating heritage and enjoy some of the special carol services or Christmas concerts. After some free time here, we continue to our hotel with time to settle in before this evening's dinner, followed by sing-a-long live entertainment.

CHRISTMAS DAY

(FULL DAY) - Celebrate Christmas Day in the warmth and comfort of our hotel, surrounded by friends, old and new. After a hearty, full English, you can stroll out for some fresh air. A glass of Buck's Fizz or Sparkling Wine and the Royal address will accompany a traditional Christmas Day lunch. Round off the day with a festive buffet dinner and a quiz of the year.

This evening a delicious 4-course Christmas Dinner will be served, followed by table festivities and fun!

METRO CENTRE

OR NEWCASTLE (HALF DAY) - Shop until you drop off this Boxing Day as we visit either the Metrocentre or Newcastle (let the driver know which one you'd like to see on the day). Metrocentre is Europe's largest indoor mall-style shopping centre with over three hundred popular high street shops to explore. Newcastle is home to a contemporary Quayside district filled with waterfront bars, restaurants, and galleries! After some free time, we return to our hotel for afternoon tea. This evening, we will enjoy a final farewell dinner followed by entertainment.
