& THE ROYAL EDINBURGH MILITARY TATTOO (FULL DAY) - Fondly known as "Auld Reekie", or "Old Smokey", you'll find one of Europe's most unique and memorable cities. Home to narrow, cobbled passageways, a variety of new and old buildings, fascinating museums and attractions galore. As dusk falls, it's time to don your tartan as we prepare for the highlight of this break - the sensational Edinburgh Royal Military Tattoo, an unforgettable evening of music, ceremony, theatre, and dance!
STIRLING
& LOCH LOMOND SHORES (FULL DAY) - One of the most important cities in Scotland, Stirling is a vibrant mix of the old and new. Home to attractions including the iconic Stirling Castle and The Church of the Holy Rude, home of the coronation of Scotland's kings and queens! This afternoon, we return via a visit to Loch Lomond Shores. A converted waterside mill, you'll find a cosmopolitan collection of shops and attractions overlooking the 'Bonnie Banks' of the famous loch.
GRETNA GREEN
(ENROUTE) - We travel home with a stop at the famous Gretna Green. The UK's most popular wedding destination is a quaint village with unique sites, including the Famous Blacksmiths Shop and the Scottish Food Hall.
A luxury hotel on the River Clyde's banks, the Golden Jubilee offers stylish, modern bedrooms, a spa and leisure facilities.
